Pets In Need was founded in 1965 as northern California's first no-kill animal shelter. Now with two locations and expanding our services to include low-cost vaccines, spay or neuter, and affordable veterinary care, Pets In Need is able to keep more families together than ever and continue our mission to provide animals with loving care and lasting homes, to partner with communities striving to do the same, and to advance our no-kill legacy.
